“Every generation feels more clever than what existed before it, and wiser than those who come after him.” - Confucius

One consequence of the current economic situation is its effect on education. Skills development has become crucial. And yet, as we have on the development of these skills is very complex. It was a clear tendency to study abroad and even online. But after five years at university, I believe there are principles we can all take to make our school a success.

“Those who can not in the discovery of his own mistakes deserves to be called happy to be a scholar.” - Donald Foster

1st Making friends. One of the best things about the Varsity is the diversity of people you get to interact. This is not the high school where you are forced to hang with people who can not swim are your boat. Now you are free to mix with anyone. Find the people you refer, and enjoy their company. And do not settle for less. Time with them really provide the support and comfort in difficult times.

2nd Involved. Another great thing about University is the wide range of activities. Whatever your choice, climbing Tai Chi, offer the ideal opportunity to meet other people and take your thoughts into the books. These activities also provide an excellent opportunity, your passions (perhaps a photo or film) and the skills certainly come in handy to buy the whole line to explore. Personally, I recommend any form of martial art. I can not imagine a better way to sharpen your body and mind!

“Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.” - Sir Richard Steele

3rd Work hard. Whenever you prefer to deny it, the reason you are registered, is learning. This means that ensure the reading before the class visit by asking questions (or late to do so in the night), and that you do your homework papers on time. Get to know your lecturers and professors are not too bad. They are much more inclined to help you if you know in advance. In addition, by a sincere interest in who they are and what they are doing is a good way to socialize.

4th Read broadly. In today’s world, simply by concentrating on your course material will not be enough. The last thing you want is to be in the top 40% of graduates who have the gift of literacy of waste have never read another book for the rest of her life! Make the Library your best friend. Stretch Your Mind of learning are the things not in your area. In my studies I have with topics such as Evolutionary Economics fascinated by advances in neuroscience. I have also set the goal to the 100 greatest books of all time, before he read 30th Classics are timeless for a reason. Should you discover why?

“A written word is the elite of the relics. There is something at once more intimate with us and more universal than any other work of art. It is the work of art closer to life.” – Henry David Thoreau

5th Get help. Life in Varsity can be difficult. I can not stress enough how important it is to get help, will appear as soon as problems begin. If you have doubts whether your choice of school, in the Career Center can help someone. If you are stressed and exhausted from all the work, talk to a doctor. While all are designed to ensure that the most of your studies. You do not even get to try until not so!

6th Enjoy. Of course I saved the best for last. As much as some would like to work on the bone, it is not intelligent. Do not attempt a perfectionist and works so that you will burst into tears. I saw some of those most resistant to rot and some of the most intimate relations to take root. All this at work! Nothing is more important than your well-being. Work hard, play hard and keep it in perspective. Varsity will enjoy the best time of your life like that! Only a few can not.
