Revolution and Evolution of the education system

BY PROF.MSRAO, ACADEMIC GUIDE, ICFAI University, India

“Education is to improve the lives of others better and for leaving your community and the world than you found it,” Martin Wright Edelman.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SOCIETY:

Education provides rights to information, imagination, knowledge, ideas, values, ethics, makes all the arguments and all human rights. Education brings refinement, adds intelligence and independent and confident man It’s only people who have armed and equipped with education, which is lacking in animals. Education is not just about reading and writing but also thinking, learning, reflection, experience and so on. Education is a learning process from cradle to grave. It is education that has brought many changes in this world, and transforms the whole of civilization since time immemorial. Ariel and Will Durant quote: “Education is the transmission of civilization.”

The growth of the company depends solely on the type of education adopted. Education: an enormous impact on society. The quality of society is implemented by the quality of the education system. Someone has rightly said: “Institutions of higher quality are essential if we want a better life.” Proper training makes people to build character, values, ethics, and prepares the company and the country as a whole to start with the rest of the world. A good education is the inheritance or gift that we offer our future generations. George Peabody, said: “Education: a debt that this, in future generations. “

Effects of education on society:

Kerala is the first state in India, the percentage achieved through literacy cent. He urged other countries to achieve their best as a contribution to literacy in general. Instead, Kerala will become a model state and ideal state emulated by the rest of the country in providing importance to education.

No nation can develop without adequate education. And India is developing as a society and as a nation over the past 60 years. India now has huge human resources and has a thirst for the best technical manpower in the world. Although the impact of education in society is enormous, but there are gray areas that must be addressed. India has developed as a nation, politically, culturally, economically and socially, but it must focus even more in the right direction.

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use words to change the world,” Nelson Mandela. It is very obvious that no weapon is more than education. Besides education, the influence of major technology changes in society brought with it. If technology is used in the right direction and if it relates to education, one can expect miracles in society as a whole.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

“Education is when you read the fine print. Experience is what you, if you do not, “said Pete Seeger. All human beings make many mistakes, causing bitterness and experience of course. If a person is educated, he knows things, because he reads the fine print. It tends to make some mistakes in his life. When, if an individual is raised to it tends to make more mistakes because he does not know the fine print. An individual without statement said in the trial of the method error. If he succeeds in his trial, he continued, or it falls. The ignorant man thinks, especially in observation and practical knowledge. Success is much more educated people prefer an uneducated man. Education reduces the complexity of life could make life simpler, easier and more comfortable. John Dewey rightly said: “Education is not preparation for life Education is life itself. “

PROBLEMS IN Education today:

India is the second largest populated country in the world and unfortunately it is not qualitatively far from the number. It may be again due to the huge population and types of administrative and political system we have. There is emphasis on cramming, memory and keep going. The one on the cup, and examine the document is treated as a deserving candidate. It causes no imagination, creativity and originality. There is no effective emphasis on practical aspects of life. This is mainly on theoretical aspects and concepts for well-read without institutions can not fight.

School children are loaded with many books and it is very stressful. Education, should be done with entertainment and fun for students of the joy of learning, what is lacking is discovered. The children are horrible to go to school because of the study too. Even children at home engage in duties as. Such things do not help the relationship between parent and child at home. Inadequate infrastructure and inexperienced teachers are another scourge. Unfortunately, in India, both primary and secondary schools are still struggling to survive high. The views and opinions of students are not followed. Students are always imposed, what is there in the manuals that causes a lack of imagination and innovation. RW Emerson rightly said, “The secret in education lies in meeting the student. Only when students are respected and valued, they will try to think creatively, innovatively and out of the box. Students should be provided with more freedom of thought available.

It is very regrettable that teachers are paid not pretty. Best minds to pursue other professional and monetary benefits for better flyers. It is unfortunate that these teachers because of their ability and taste and temperament of the class or because there is no alternative (TINA factor) Career stick.

Pandit Nehru and policy Kothari Commission had made significant changes in education, but there is no effect healthy and constructive. This is the commodification of education, and began a little fly by night operators in this area sacred and spoiled standards.

Tools and techniques to overcome:

Teachers should receive regular training to update and develop their skills and abilities. Improve the promotion of regular workshops or seminars or courses related to teaching methods and sharpen their skills. These seminars will therefore replace teachers and gather more information.

“He who opens a school door, closes a prison” Victor Hugo. Children 6 to 14 must be included in schools, education, because it is the best age for the grant to attract the interest of education. Child labor was abolished, but unfortunately it is not effectively enforced. Children should be encouraged through various innovative ways to conserve resources in schools.

Content and curriculum in the education system must be addressed. Streamlining the educational system at national, Kashmir to Kanyakumari will develop teaching standards. There are differences in education in various states and efforts should be made to fill these gaps.

Govt. Charges of 2 per cent Education Cess and authorities should ensure that funds are in the right direction, creating an educational infrastructure. Nobody is against the ECSS levy of 2 percent, but to make good use and resource mobilization good results quickly.

Place greater emphasis on vocational training is the need of the hour. Currently, there is a huge gap between industry and universities. Infosys’ Campus Connect upcoming initiative to bridge the gap between industry and science, and is a step in the right direction deck. Business leaders have a crucial role in financing the education system. You make money for themselves, pay their employees fair wages and payment of dividends to its shareholders and all those involved in the business of winning one way or another. But what they contribute to education and society? It is recognized that helping hands are much better than praying lips. Company is large or small, can all come forward to contribute their best to bring the Indian educational system on par with global standards.

It is important to support education reforms, from time to time, such as tools and techniques involved in making changes to the teaching quickly under the influence of technology.

For professional qualifications such as engineering, management, medicine, computer, etc., students should be placed in the training practical and project work in the first year itself. These activities will build more confidence in the minds of students as they cover the needs of industry and thus the development expectations of the industry. Fee structure must be streamlined, and the salary should be made by students with scholarships available.

Provision of interest free loans to help education, the poor and deserving students. In addition, it is desirable not to promote, preserve professionalized graduate professional. “Education is not filling a bucket but lighting a fire,” said William Butler Yeats. Education should ignite the minds of students and must move students from the comfort zone, zone effectively. The students have not reached the comfort zone is equal to the size of the area.

CONCLUSION:

There is a strong need to streamline the current education system. Problems in the education system must be treated immediately. Education must be based on ethical, social, professional and scientific. Education builds man and man in turn builds the nation. A strong nation can only be built if there is a strong character education. Abraham Lincoln rightly said: “Character is like a tree and reputation like its shadow. The shadow is what we do, the tree is the real thing. “Therefore, the essence of all education is the strength of character. Approaches to the evolution and revolutionary change in education Current is the need of the hour. We must build a nation where youth have a vision to think beyond their geographical boundaries. It should improve the ability to develop students’ intelligence, spirit and stand on its own feet.

MESSAGE:

Education and character are two sides of same coin and one without the other makes no sense. Money can come and go, but it is the character that is valid from the beginning to the end of life. Any person, whether they can be equipped with the formation of character of each part of the world beyond. To put it in the words of Martin Luther King Jr. Put “The function of education to teach an intensive course, to think and think critically intelligence and character ….. .. .. This is the goal of true education. “

If you have made the decision to enroll your child in a Toronto private school, you have taken a step towards providing your child with the best possible education. The next step is to choose the right Toronto school, and you have many preparatory schools to consider. Remember to keep an open mind while you visit and consider your child’s unique needs as you make the decision.

Do Not Focus on Rankings

You can find publications that rank Toronto private schools, but do not focus too strongly on these rankings. Remember, regardless of the school you choose, research has shown that the fact that you choose to put your child in a private school is, in and of itself, enough to help him have better test scores upon graduation. Consider these rankings, but do not make your decision based entirely on which school has the best test scores. Remember, your child is a unique individual, and the environment that works best for the majority of students may not work best for your child.

Consider Your Child’s Learning Strengths and Weaknesses

Does your child learn well through visuals, or is he one that needs to touch and feel objects to learn about them? If you have your child in preschool, ask his teachers about his apparent learning style. If not, you have probably already learned the best ways to teach your child. Choose a school that will work with your child’s learning strengths. A visual learner will not do well in a school that learns almost entirely through written projects, but an auditory learner will not do as well in a project-based learning environment.

Consider the Philosophy You Want

Whether or not you choose a religious education for your child, each Toronto prep school has its own philosophy about education and values. As you visit schools and look at curriculums, make sure the educational philosophy and values are in line with your goals as a family. You are not going to change the values of a school just because your children are enrolled there, so choose a school that is a good fit.

Visit the Campus

On paper a school may seem perfect, but you may visit only to find that it has outdated technology or an unfriendly staff. Before you choose a school to enroll your children in, schedule a visit. If you can, take your children with you and participate in at least part of a normal school day. This will give you a feel for the way the staff members interact with each other and with the students. It will also help you see what type of educational activities are performed, and your child will be able to see the environment and give you any input as to her impressions of the school and the kids.

Consider the Extra-Curriculars

Large preparatory schools tend to have all of the extra-curricular activities that a public school might have, and sometimes even more, but smaller private schools may have a limited number of choices. If band is important to you, make sure the school you are considering has this option. For some families a foreign language component is important, but the number of languages you can choose from may be limited if you enrol your children in a small Toronto independent school. If you want your children involved in sports, find a school with a nice variety. However, if sports are not important to your family, make sure the school does not have a compulsory sports program.

Remember, choosing a private school represents a significant financial investment, so make the decision after careful thought and research. Toronto has many private schools for your consideration, so take your time. Soon you will find the school that is the perfect fit for your child’s needs.

Even if they’re not the most expensive or prestigious, private schools can offer a lot of advantages over public schools. Parents will find the environments at most private schools are a little more conducive for learning and the population size tends to be a little more manageable, too. Plus, there are private schools that cater to special interests, such as religion, arts, literature, technology and more.

Before you discount private schools because of the potential costs, consider the fact that many local private schools only cost a little more than day care, and the expenses seem a bit more feasible. The fact of the matter is there are very good private schools that don’t cost an arm and a leg.

Here are some of the advantages of private schools over public. Remember, though, that public schools can also be incredible learning experiences. Children tend to get out of their school years as much or as little as they and their families put into them.

* Smaller class sizes. Most private schools offer a lower teacher to student ratio than public schools. This means children tend to not get lost in the shuffle at private schools.
* More individualized attention. Since class sizes are smaller, students who need more help or encouragement tend to get it. This can be a very good thing for students of all learning levels. When personalized attention is brought into play, youngsters who are struggling can excel. And, youngsters who are above the curve can find themselves more challenged by their lessons.
* Specialized interest classes. Some private schools cater to specific interests beyond the basics. This means students with a special interest in the arts or technology can learn more about their interest area.
* Greater ability to deal with advanced students. While this isn’t true of every private school, many are more equipped to offer individualized lesson plans. This means a student who is very far ahead can work at his or her level.
* More structured learning environments. Again, this isn’t true of every private school, but since these institutions of learning aren’t dealing with some of the issues facing public schools, the environment can be better for students to simply learn.
* Thinking out of the box. Since private schools are not under the same rules as state schools, they tend to be able to change and adapt more quickly. This means learning can be tailored to students needs and teaching methods can also adapt to suit the needs of the students.

Private schools aren’t for everyone, but they can be a great way for a child to get an education. Offering something different over public schools, these institutions of learning generally cost a reasonable amount of money for the rewards offered. It’s important to check into a few things before enrolling a child in a private school, however. These things include:

* Payment plans. Some private schools will help parents spread out the financial burdens.
* Accreditation. This is the more important thing to check into. If a school isn’t recognized by colleges and universities, it might not be worth the price of admission.
* Track record. You want to see the results the private school has achieved. How many students, for example, have gone on to college? Ivy League schools?

The more questions you ask about private schools the better. Tour the campuses, examine the programs and get a feel for the atmosphere. A good private school can be a fantastic step in helping your child create a successful future.
