There are a ton of buzz among students education of third and fourth year, which is looking like “kind of” by the division employment after completing their studies.
Education Employment – public or private school? As a graduate education with an emphasis on primary education, I know there was some say no “when it comes around about ourselves in conversation with the band and the private schools because their flexibility in setting policy shooter, salary scales, pensions dubious educational support, etc. I’m still in a public school in my town to work today because of the tremendously unequal share of future teachers to vacant posts of teaching – was a little daunting!
I thought I was a school band in the area after receiving, I wanted the first pattern of the school as a U-boat and enjoy ended well. I ended up working more than a few times a week and soon landed a contract as a kindergarten teacher.
Pro for me personally, working in a private / Volume school environment? Small classes, fewer administrators behind your back on the expectations of the division and paperwork, ridiculous great staff, great community / parent involvement and teacher support (okay, mostly), and learn a lot about the culture of First Nations integrations into your training as a teacher. My students were wonderful and there are no two days are ever the same. It seems a big misunderstanding that education Reserve is somehow “harder” than off-reserve experiences – whether because of language, behavior or health issues with students. Maybe if you did both. Or perhaps it is not necessarily more difficult to teach in the ground, but to swallow all these factors in a public system more easily, you know at least a security job at the end of each school year.
